So, I went and found the manual and opened it up and NONE of the instructions had anything in common with the aircraft I had just purchased and installed. (And if you can't turn off the parking brake you can't take off)! Half the buttons didn't work and for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to turn the parking brake off. Anyway, I got it installed opened it up and the cockpit panel was very blurry. The store description said it was for x-plane 11. Now that has turned out to be a huge mistake. Yesterday I succumbed to temptation and bought the A380 since it was in the news because it's not going to be made anymore. I told him in 3 years of flying x-plane I had only bought three products from him - because of that - and I would have bought a lot more if the store was more customer friendly. I felt like it was an insecure 10 year old kid running the place. I wrote to the owner one time, very nicely, to tell him how much I would appreciate it and felt sure others would too if he allowed customer reviews on the products. ![]() I bought several things through the store that I was incredibly disappointed with and I realized if they had had real customer reviews, somebody would have mentioned these problems and I wouldn't have bought them. Along the lines of what snailbrick mentioned, they don't allow real customer reviews which is a HUGE drawback. I would say don't buy through the x-plane store if you can at all avoid it.
